This role serves as the Company's lead technical tax advisor for significant transactions and intercompany matters, ensuring tax positions are strategically designed, technically supported, operationally executable, audit-ready, and consistently reflected in tax returns, tax provisions, financial statement disclosures, and supporting documentation. What you will be doing: Amer Sports is seeking a Director, Global Tax to serve as a senior leader within the Global Finance organization, supporting global tax planning, transfer pricing, audit defense, tax risk governance, and the technical tax reporting elements that impact tax returns, provisions, disclosures, and documentation across the Company's global operations.
