Coordinates and provides substantive contribution to the development, preparation and review of work papers supporting financial budgets and forecasts for Operations , including applications for capital projects requiring regulatory approval, determination of staffing requirements, outside services, materials, tools, materials inventory, and other areas, as required. • Provides substantive support and direction in the development, preparation, submission, presentation and execution of submissions for significant investigations and other regulatory matters before the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission (“PUC” or “Commission”), including testimony, exhibits, work papers, and information request responses.
