Analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain a record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization; Utilizing technology platforms such as Alteryx, Microsoft PowerBI or Tableau to accelerate analysis and preparation of financial information; Understanding technical accounting, financial reporting, and capital markets topics, including IPOs, debt offerings, private placements, carve-outs or spin-offs, acquisitions, alliances/joint ventures, post-deal accounting, restructurings, restatements, bankruptcies; and. Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience.
