The CPO serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO, executive leadership, and, as requested, the Board of Directors on organizational health, workforce strategy, leadership capability, succession, employment risk, culture, communications, and other significant people-related matters. The CPO leads Human Resources, Training, Community Relations and Communications, ensuring these functions strengthen organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, employee experience, and AKBH's ability to achieve its mission and strategic priorities.
