li>Serves as the advisor to Georgia Market leadership, for matters that affect its financial performance, including cultivating relationships with key matrix departments such as corporate accounting, managed health resources and reimbursement, revenue cycle and health information management, supply chain, human resources, nursing, information technology, facilities management, and others. Represents NC/GA Division and Advocate Health CFO(s), as applicable, in advising Enterprise leadership via committee, working groups, project teams, etc., in the domains of revenue growth, expense management, and strategic planning, particularly for clinical/service line and corporate operations.
