The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for all financial functions of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, revenue cycle management, grants management, financial reporting, compliance, reimbursement, payroll, purchasing, and financial risk management. The CFO oversees financial planning and analysis, develops internal controls and compliance systems, supports payer and reimbursement strategies, and ensures accurate and timely reporting to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, regulatory agencies, funders, and other stakeholders.
