Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership • Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A • Oversee accounting operations, revenue cycle, treasury, and cash management • Ensure GAAP compliance, audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting • Manage grants and contract financial oversight • Identify and mitigate financial risk; oversee insurance • Prepare executive and Board financial reporting • Optimize financial systems and processes • Lead and develop the finance team. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred) • CPA preferred • Senior finance leadership experience, ideally in nonprofit or healthcare • Strong knowledge of GAAP, audits, budgeting, and reimbursement • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
