The position also requires the ability to develop and evaluate policies and operational practices, completion of several MPCTC trainings within specified timeframes (Special Police Academy, General Instructor School, and First Line Administrator), a valid driver's license, the ability to obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certification, and the physical capability to meet essential job functions, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varied conditions. To be considered for this position, you must possess: A bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, Emergency Management, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute), along with ten years of field experience in law enforcement, military service, or public safety and five years of progressive supervisory experience demonstrating strong leadership and operational oversight.
