We're seeking a Managing Director to own and lead AIOA's Construction Practice and Manufacturing Practice as a combined business unit - serving general contractors, subcontractors, home builders, developers, and specialty trade businesses alongside job shops, discrete manufacturers, process manufacturers, fabricators, and other production-oriented businesses. Your role in growth is different and complementary: you define the ideal client profile for both the Construction and Manufacturing practices, serve as the subject matter expert who closes qualified opportunities that BD surfaces in either vertical, drive expansion within your existing book, and build the external reputation that makes both practices the obvious choice in their respective industries.
