The role acts as Finance PMO Lead under the CFO as Executive Sponsor: it maintains the master plan, controls dependencies, tracks milestones, coordinates advisors, maintains the readiness tracker, identifies delays and escalates decisions. Own and drive the successful execution of strategic Finance transformation projects, ensuring clear scope, accountability, timelines, cross-functional coordination, risk management, implementation and sustainable adoption.
