Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this highly visible role will partner closely with executive leadership and business line leaders to drive awareness, client acquisition, and growth across Piermont's commercial banking, fintech, embedded banking, and treasury management businesses. The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of Piermont Bank's integrated marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing, content, partnerships, and events.
