Responsible for all project planning documents including but not limited to scope management plan, schedule management plan, cost management plan, quality management plan, resource management plan, communications management plan, risk management plan, procurement management plan, change management plan, scope baseline, schedule baseline, cost baseline, and the performance measurement baseline. Experience with Bachelor’s degree: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, project management, or related field of study with a minimum of four (4) years of construction project management experience including two (2) years as an Associate Project Manager role or similar capacity and a minimum of two (2) years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
