Provides timely spiritual care to patients and members of their families in collaboration with hospital staff to understand and determine length, type and purpose to the situation, which may include occasional on call or weekend coverage. Must have public speaking skills, organizational skills, cultural competence, patience, ability to actively listen, interpersonal skills, empathy, liturgical planning, crisis intervention experience and interfaith dialogue skills.
