Shift & Scheduling: Full- and part-time employees are expected to self-schedule a minimum of six weekend shifts per six-week schedule, with 6–9 weekends in each six-week schedule in alignment with department needs, unit staffing plans, and equitable distribution among all staff. Unit Details: Patient population includes congestive heart failure, hypertension and chest pain workups, COPD exacerbations, asthma, pneumonia, pancreatitis, bowel obstructions, gastrointestinal bleeding, and acute renal failure.
