Patient population includes trauma, GSW, severe head trauma, stab wounds, CABG, IABP, CHF, GI bleed, DKA, stroke requiring TPA, long bone fractures, GI surgeries, and major transfusions. Two professional references required: one supervisor reference from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years worked, each including employment dates and rehire eligibility.
