Planning and monitoring: Organizes work of Charge Analysts to accomplish essential department functions including but not limited to CDM reviews, audits, and implementation of new or changed charging regulations associated with participation in the Medicare & Medicaid programs. Goal Accomplishment: Completes advanced chargemaster goals involving non-central Ohio business units, on-hospital facilities, research of new technology, reimbursement methodologies, compliance regulations, etc.
