Under minimal supervision, check product on all lines looking for product which does not meet required specifications (i.e. contains excessive skin, bones, cartilage, gristle, etc.), documenting results on required SPC forms. Adhere to safe work practices, policies and procedures, maintain sanitary conditions to ensure product quality; report any condition or practice that may adversely affect food safety, food quality and/or personnel safety.
