This role analyzes drawings, specifications, sketches, and design data to develop manufacturing processes, create and maintain CNC programs, select tooling and fixtures, establish speeds and feeds, and document setup sheets and process instructions for boring bars and horizontal machining centers. This position works closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, safety, purchasing, suppliers, supervisors, and hourly production employees to support production needs, troubleshoot issues, improve machining methods, and implement cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
