The role supports operation and maintenance responsibilities for approximately 433,382 square feet of occupied federal facility space, including two 500-ton chillers, two 250 HP boilers, 47 air handling units, a Honeywell Notifier fire alarm system, 10 elevators, and extensive HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, grounds, custodial, and support systems identified throughout the task order addendums.
