Working closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams, you will oversee engineering projects, maintenance programs, capital investments, and process improvements. Monitor key performance indicators, including equipment uptime, scrap, labor efficiency, production output, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), to identify and drive improvements.
