Where You'll Make a Difference Support root cause analysis of equipment failures, including documentation and research Collect and document equipment data for predictive maintenance technologies Input specifications into vibration, MCA, ultrasound, lubrication, and IR systems Update the site CMMS with accurate spare parts, equipment data, and PM strategies Lead development of a site-wide KPI database to track asset health and reliability Support capital requests to engineer out equipment failure modes Contribute to execution and design of capital projects for critical assets Analyze historical OEE losses to support capital justification efforts Develop Power Apps to support inventory, training, and QR/barcode initiatives What Makes You the Right Fit Currently enrolled in an accredited engineering bachelor's program Sophomore through Senior academic standing Preferred majors: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering students will also be considered Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a manufacturing or plant environment Interest in reliability, maintenance, and asset management Ability to document technical information clearly Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn How Would You Stand Out?
