The Installation Lead will work alongside helpers and installers, provide hands-on leadership and training, communicate with homeowners and management, and take ownership of the overall quality of each installation. Install furnaces, air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, coils, thermostats, ductwork, refrigerant lines, drains, and related HVAC equipment.
