The Maintenance Mechanic reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting on plant mechanical systems and production equipment-including fillers, processing, packaging, robotics, and automation equipment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
