p>Demonstrated expertise in both quantitative and qualitative chemistry education/science education research methods; A record of peer-reviewed publications in chemistry education and/or science education;
Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to work/collaborate with others;
Interest in training/mentoring graduate and undergraduate chemistry education research students. The department is in a growth phase, having hired an endowed Welch Chair in Chemistry, two new Associate Professors, and six new Assistant Professors in the past six years, and with plans to attain a core of 25 research-active faculty over the next few years.
