Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer of Primary Care, the ACMO works closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing leaders, operational leaders, and community partners to advance high-quality, patient-centered care. The ACMO helps implement system-wide primary care strategies, supports provider engagement, and promotes clinical excellence, quality, safety, access, and operational performance across primary care practices.
