Works in conjunction with Director(s) of Clinic Operations, Chief Medical Officer (CMO), and the Director of Quality Services to oversee physician/provider measure selection, data collection, analysis, and reporting related to local, regional, and national quality benchmarks. Understanding and usage of Green Belt, Plan Do Check Act, Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and other strategies to assist in process improvement efforts with clinic and outpatient leadership.
