A Tier 4 Resource Pool RN will be required to be available to work in multiple specialties at all participating hospitals utilizing the Resource Pool model, including Toledo Hospital, Flower Hospital, Bay Park Hospital, Fremont Memorial Hospital, Fostoria Community Hospital and Monroe Regional Hospital.
