The Nurse Manager – Maternal Child Health is responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned Maternal Child Health departments, including staffing, clinical care delivery, physician satisfaction, patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and budget performance. The Nurse Manager will ensure safe staffing practices, monitor department performance, support staff development, and lead or participate in initiatives focused on organizational outcomes and operational excellence.
