Working under the direction of the Director of Development Services, the Planner will coordinate with municipal staff, developers, engineers, consultants, and elected and appointed officials to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely delivery of professional planning services. The Planner assists municipalities with current and long-range planning initiatives, including comprehensive planning, zoning administration, ordinance development, subdivision regulation, land use analysis, and development process improvements.
