Assists with plans, organizing, coordinating, and directing all division work and personnel engaged in the construction, maintenance, and repair of streets, storm sewer lines, sidewalks, alleys, curbs, gutters, culverts, drains, parkways and related facilities as well as the sweeping of streets. Plans, coordinates, and administers the City's stormwater management, regulatory and environmental activities with Miami-Dade County DERM and Public Works, South Florida Water Management District, U.S. EPA and other agencies.
