In this role, you will support insurance and claims operations related to Lender-Placed and Real Estate Owned (REO) properties, partnering with internal teams, lenders, servicers, and business partners to deliver timely claim resolution and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience investigating property claims, that may include analyzing policy and loan documentation, conducting recorded statements, evaluating coverage, verifying damages, identifying potential fraud indicators, and making sound claim decisions.
