Working alongside the TTCX Cost and Claims Manager and in support of the broader Project Controls team, the Cost and Claims Analyst will help Project Managers with the review and management of change orders, support commercial reviews of change order proposals and related documentation, and help fine-tune the TTCX change order process. Risk Management: Support maintenance of the TTCX project risk register within Unifier in collaboration with Project Managers and the Cost and Claims Manager, tracking risks such as market volatility (price fluctuations of labor and materials), design changes under consideration, and impacts of schedule delays on project costs.
