This bonus is available to external applicants and also internal applicants changing career paths.  Available Position: The Centerra Retail Pharmacy is recruiting for a full-time Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to work at its Centerra Marketplace location in Lebanon, NH. It’s a fast-paced environment, operating 24 hours a day, with a busy retail lobby and a 2-lane drive-through. As a Pharmacy Technician on the Centerra team, you’ll have the opportunity to help your colleagues, get to know our patients, and see the impact you make while working to the top of your licensure. Start Dates: June 22, July 6, July 20, August 3, then transfer into the 10-week <a href="https://dhcareerinstitute.org/pharm-tech-apprenticeship-program/" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" target="_blank">DHCI Certification Program</a> on August 24th. Paid Training and Benefits: Start on Day 1. Application Deadline: July 1 Position Description: Do you enjoy problem-solving, helping people, providing exceptional service, and working with a team? If so, training to become a Certified Pharmacy Technician is the first step on a progressive career ladder at Dartmouth Health. As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, you have the opportunity to progress toward becoming an Advanced Technician, a Pharmacy Lead, Trainer or Supervisor. Pharmacy Technicians are detail-oriented, enjoy a fast-paced environment and are committed to helping patients access the medications they need. The Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship Program is designed to give trainees the knowledge and skills they need to embark upon a career in pharmacy. Candidates will be hired by one of the Dartmouth Health pharmacies in Lebanon, NH. Positions are available with the DHMC Inpatient Pharmacy and the Centerra Retail Pharmacy. During the 10-week training program, trainees earn 19 college credits,  and a wage of $680 per week. Benefits are effective on the first day of training. At the end of the program, students sit for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Exam and are enrolled in a 2,000-hour US DOL Registered Apprenticeship. This full-time, benefits-eligible training program starts with one week of onsite orientation, followed by 9 weeks of rigorous academic and vocational training. Those 9 weeks are typically comprised of three days of remote learning and two days of on-the-job training. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
<ul><li style="margin-left:1in">High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li style="margin-left:1in">Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required within 9 months from date of WRI training program completion. </li><li style="margin-left:1in">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.</li><li style="margin-left:1in">Ability to multitask and demonstrate attention to detail.   </li><li style="margin-left:1in">Ability to maintain composure under stressful situations.</li></ul>
