In this role, you will perform routine and complex clinical diagnostic testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology (Bacteriology, Serology, Virology, Mycology, and Mycobacteriology), reporting accurate and timely results that directly guide patient care decisions throughout the hospital. Investigate, document, and resolve problems or complaints; handle customer concerns professionally and in strict adherence to the departments customer service policy, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate Assistant Laboratory Manager.
