Report to Superintendent/ Project Manager and closely work with Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, field staff, subcontractors, design consultants, third parties, city officials, utility companies, and other internal Onni departments. After making a conditional offer and running a background check, if Onni is concerned about a conviction or convictions that is/are directly related to the job, you will be given the chance to explain the circumstances surrounding the conviction(s), provide mitigating evidence, or challenge the accuracy of the background report.
