Required Qualifications: Have an active Maryland Notary commission; Have, or work with the college to have, an active authorized Notary Public course of study and examination provider status from the state of Maryland; Previous experience teaching as a Maryland Notary Public instructor for a minimum of two years; One year of active notary experience; Associates degree or higher, preferred.
