This role coordinates cross-functional teams, technology vendors, business stakeholders, and technical resources to deliver scalable, reliable, secure, and user-friendly POS solutions that support business objectives. Coordinate integrations between POS systems and supporting applications, including payment gateways, payment terminals, inventory management, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, loyalty programs, pricing, promotions, and reporting systems.
