Under the direct supervision of the Recreation Supervisor of Aquatics, Recreation Coordinator of Aquatics, and Pool Manager, a Swim Instructor is responsible providing group and private swim lessons and water safety instruction to infants, children and adults following the curriculum set forth by the City of Hilliard, and are Responsible for the guidance, safety, and welfare of the people in their class from the time children leave their caregiver to the time they are returned to the caregiver. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Recreation Coordinators, Recreation Supervisors, Recreation Program Managers, Deputy Director of Recreation and Parks, or the Director of Recreation and Parks or their designee.
