Advertisement details and/or special instructions: This is a Safety Supervisor position: The Safety Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and overseeing safety and risk-prevention programs for Hidalgo County Precinct 4. This position works closely with administrative staff, supervisors, and field operations to identify and address workplace hazards, promote compliance with applicable safety regulations and County policies, coordinate employee safety training, investigate workplace incidents, and support workers' compensation and return-to-work processes. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, conducting, coordinating, and spearheading training for Field Operations employees in various areas, including safety, workplace procedures, equipment operation, policies and procedures, professional development, compliance, and other training needs identified by the Precinct.
