PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAll clerical functions for Energy and Housing Programs, including copying, filing, maintaining clients files, answering client calls;Maintain call back, customer complaint log, and review with Director of Energy and Housing and/or Energy Efficiency staff weekly;Provides for or assists with or performs all client intake services under Energy and Housing Programs, including processing applications for all programs, income/ownership verification, landlord contacts, & related activities;Provides follow-up activities for all energy efficiency and home repair programs. GENERAL DUTIES:The Clerical Assistant for Energy Programs is generally responsible for providing assistance to the Director of Energy Efficiency & Housing on a variety of programmatic, client, and consumer issues related to assigned programs, including theHome Weatherization Assistance Program(HWAP),First Energy/Community Connections, Project HOPE,PRC Home RepairServices, Housewarming, USF/Electric Partnership Program, the HomeEnergy Assistance Program (HEAP),the City of Kent Furnace ReplacementProgram, and others that may be developed from time to time.
