Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of MDTC departments, programs, personnel, services, conference rooms, assessment/testing locations and daily operations to provide accurate information, answer customer/visitor/student inquiries, and connect customers/visitors/students with the appropriate resources in a timely and professional manner. Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, forms, and communications utilizing Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, PDF applications, and other approved software platforms for various departments.
