Typical duties include assisting in a variety of administrative matters; maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically); verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; compiling and reviewing information to include employee schedules and time entries; and handling and vetting employee or customer concerns. Administrative and Training: Complete and return required administrative paperwork as directed, (e.g., timesheets, vacation slips, classroom and computer-based training, log sheets, service records, reports, filing, work order entries, schedule updates, etc.) Maintain current required training or certifications as required to perform the job.
