Experience using warehouse and transportation systems (WMS, TMS, YMS, SAP, Blue Yonder, appointment scheduling systems, or similar platforms) and proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, resolving driver issues, and ensuring accurate gate transactions.
