The position works closely with truck drivers, customers, suppliers, and coworkers on material handling and yard operations, keeps production logs and maintenance records, and helps maintain the grounds and shop through mowing, watering, operating the broom, and washing equipment. Day to day, this person loads, sorts, and processes recycled materials, operates heavy equipment such as skid steers, wheel loaders, and excavators, and keeps the yard running safely and efficiently.
