Reinforces instruction, terminology, concepts, principles, and techniques presented by the instructor and in line with industry practice; explains assignments and guides students in the use of VR systems, simulation software, digital design platforms, fabrication equipment, electronics workstations, and related technologies to complete course activities; maintains currency in VR and makerspace education, emphasizing hands-on, student-centered learning. Under direction, performs technical instructional support in a Virtual Reality (VR) laboratory, makerspace, or similar immersive and hands-on learning environment; reinforces instruction, terminology, concepts, principles, and techniques presented by the instructor; assists instructors and students in the use of laboratory equipment and technologies; prepares and maintains lab and makerspace environments and equipment; and performs other related duties as assigned.
