The employee may be occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals (Personal Protective Equipment required), wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, high or precarious places, and moderate noise levels. Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and other site teams, the supervisor develops team capability, resolves laboratory challenges, and promotes a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
