Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, individual and group counseling, recruitment, scheduling and supervision of 10-15 college undergraduate and graduate students who are tutors/mentors, the design and implementation of school-based programming including workshops, afterschool programs, college exploration, college advising, workforce development, academic and cultural enrichment.
