The Senior Director will provide strategic leadership on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, workforce capability, change management, and organizational integration, ensuring the division has the talent and structure needed to achieve its objectives. The new leader in this role will partner closely with the Materials Solutions President and leadership team to develop and execute talent, workforce, and organizational strategies that enable growth, innovation, operational excellence, and business transformation.
