In lieu of a degree, we will consider a combination of relevant hands-on experience in the retail energy industry and technology, including experience with energy markets (e.g., ERCOT, PJM), data analysis, systems integration, software development or support, and working with energy trading, billing, or customer information systems. In this role as the IT Technical Services Advisor, you will be responsible for collaboratively defining a vision for the systems and processes that support each functional team, leading the design of the future-state solution, and hands on supporting the development, migration and integration of those solutions into our business.
