Duties may include, but are not limited to: establishing goals and objectives for their specific programs; planning and implementing treatment and programming services; supervising, evaluating, and training staff; ensuring compliance with licensing, funding, and other regulatory agencies; designing procedures for quality control within each individual program and ensuring their proper application; developing and implementing new programs when applicable; and negotiating and maintaining positive relations with current and potential funding, referral, and regulatory agencies. Qualifications: Education/ Training: Experience: Must hold a Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in psychology, social work, counseling, public administration, business management, nursing (with specialty in nursing/health administration) plus specialized training in a relevant area e.g.
